Stolen words.

Stolen words.

A Poem by Samantha Koshiol
"

Circa 2011. Lots of lovely depressing pieces from that era. This is one of the less depressing ones.

"

The words whisper,

Like the winds in the winter.

Each verb giving me chills,

While the nouns feel bitter.

So I cough, hack and quiver

Like a cigarette quitter.

Save my breath for a better use.

Even if it's spent covering the truth.
