I'm burning alive
Under my skin.
I cut myself open
To feel again.

Nobody knows
The troubles I've seen.
Nobody cares,
And neither do I.

It's nothing but lies.
I'm a narcissist
Who fakes it all
Just for the attention,

It all amounts to s**t!
So just live with it!

Aggressive, emotional, and filled with hurt. Great piece.. Personally I would omit the "all" from "And all the adderall" and maybe continue the rhyming scheme in the second stanza..

The first stanza was my favorite. Concise and strong.
