Slingshot Justice

Slingshot Justice

A Poem by Koolpod
"

For fun.

"

Air rustles
Colours blur
Bombs explode
Eggs rain down

Glass shatters
Wood splinters
Rocks crumble
Screams above

Closer now
their marks come
I'm afraid
they sound mad

I peep out
They see me
My green hide
Take their aim

First volley
Yellow fails
View intact
Squeal delight

Second shot
Oh its blue
Arch on high
Tri-split

Safety gone
Shards around
They are here
I'm theirs now

Defeated
No-way out
I give up
Lil pig caught

Angry birds
Yes they are
We took their
eggs after-all
