Corruption.

The world is corrupt place, and this reflects upon it. A more dramatic piece.

The darkness of the night looms near. The sunset is on the verge of sunrise, on the other side of the world. Then again, it’s always rising or setting somewhere. Someone’s brightest day, could be another’s darkest night. One could take pleasure from belittling others, yet the other has been belittled. How can one be a winner, if it means that someone else is losing? The true reality is that we do not live in anything close to a perfect world. Despite the Americans believing they live in a true utopia, they do not. The true utopia is a world that has achieved peace, and where all races can live as one without dispute or misconception. Unfortunately, I do not believe this world could ever exist. No matter what type of human nature changes happen over the course of the earth’s existence, none of them could possibly be completely peaceful. There will always be racism, violence, and killing. The corrupt pieces of this world, plague it like a creeping mold; slowly growing, day by day, and no one can stop it from doing so. The only thing left to do is sit back, and wait for it to consume us. 

Author's Note

A lot of my writing ideas spark when I am bored. I stare at the screen until I am ready to type, and then my words flow out unto the page. This piece is one of those, and I find it to be rather dramatic. Despite this, I believe it to hold at least some degree of truth.

Passionate,
The world is corrupt and as long as man governs man it will always be. A little dramatic to choose to wait to be consumed by it. We still have saints, angels and hero's to help us fight the good fight.

Thank you very much, Richie. I do agree with you that this was a bit dark. God's will may bring something that no human could ever fathom. Then again, this may be his way of refreshing the earth again without even taking a part in it. Thank you very much for the review.
