Familiar

Familiar

A Poem by kayla

Driving up and down
highway's and byway's -
streets with big names
and homes with big secrets.

I am reminded that this
is not isolated.

This is not
a one-time thing, or a
desperate action.
No, because in the dark,
in strange cars,
I have walked this path
before.
