inner(visions)

inner(visions)

A Poem by Kenny L. Mitchell

"inner(visions)"

my esoteric

emotions

often

conflict

with my

curious

facade

the

eloquence

of

words

can not

mask

what is

buried

(deep) within

pretentious

tears

dissolve

my

(elegant)

pride

my heart

reflects

upon

its

constant

solitude

while my

soul

aches

for the

familiarity

of

YOU

True that it is short but so intense and poweful...I like it!
