simplistic symphony (sounds of her soul)

simplistic symphony (sounds of her soul)

A Poem by Kenny L. Mitchell

give her a scoop of Etta

along wth a dash of Miles

allow charlie (parker) to chill

while Dizziy spins her around

the vinyl sounds of Ella make her purr

while Enya placed her soul

somewhere beyond the ethereal darkness

as she sips her herbal melodies

the toxic taste of life

flees from her sweet tongue

the lady (billie) assures

this DIVA will never sing the blues

but they will always have her ear

and more than a little of her BRILLIANT soul

This was melodic chow! I absolutely loved it. Excellent resemblance between music and a music lover (imagery between the two was espied). I loved it! Keep exercising your gift.
