Jealousy living forever as a grudge

My blue eyes have turned green

Possessive nature is the death of me

You could never hold me

I could never tell you to

She swooned in your presence

You held her close

I turned away

 

Lock me in a sepulcher?

Drown me in the sea?

Burn me into ashes?

Do what you will with me

But my once blue eyes

Will forever be green

 They will never die

The eyes will live on as the rest of me dies
