this is the third out of a little series i did called "Some People" which is meant to capture and conquer that pesky cliche " you are your own worst enemy.

even when

i take it slow

i move

too

fast.

i don’t know

what it is

about me

that attracts

perversion

and probing alibis.

i cannot control

this holy war.

and, this time...

i cannot ignore it.

even though

a piece of me

bristles with 

desire to

mold this;

i am

told this:

respect is

a dangerous

game.
