The AntiPoet

The AntiPoet

A Poem by ikibala222
"

who am I? where do i stand as a poet? how can i define my voice?

"
  • i am a destructive
    writer, obstructing
    angrily rejecting
    natural - traditonal
    beauty.

    i have a bitter, cold
    fruitless imagination
    channelling the frustration
    of my lying, dying
    nation.

    without hesitation
    eliminate equivocation
    bland, cliche situations
    untimed - unrefined
    literary decimation
    revelation

    i am a destructive
    writer, disrupting
    carelessly defining
    natural - traditional
    beauty.
    (now will somebody
    screw me,
    please?)

Many kind of writers. They are writers who write of love, hate, misery and war. Always room for all views and thoughts. I have both negative and positive poetry. Today I'm old. I keep my negative thoughts put away. The poem is well written and you made your point. Thank you for the excellent poetry.
