conform oh all do conform

conform, i shout

out in my sleep, when i walk to fetch the food, when i work, oh conform

 

inside my noggin

i tell myself over and over

 

blank stares and random boogy men will haunt me

in the parkinglot 

if'n i dont conform

 

do as i am told, go to the right church

smile and say yesss and believe what it is others are told to believe as they conform

and just take a guess at what seems right

think what i am told on teevee think

whatever it is you are thinking if i can decipher whatever that happens to be

 

never have anything other than whatever others have to think to think, and always be as near to nothing as i can possibly be
