Write Your Story

This is a poem about someone who wonders what story to write and if it's even worth writing.

They say you have to write your own story
Yet they never tell you how to start it.
Do you start with a birth and end with death?
Or is there some other way to start it?
Why can't we just skip to how it all ends?
The lives we live are pointless, no one cares.
At least that is what everyone says.
Which is why our story must be written.
Our story will open up a new world.
A world made out of imagination.
Dragons and fairies shall always exist.
So write your story and write it with pride.
The world will read, even after you're gone.
