A Moment

A Moment

A Poem by Krista Gallant

Tender moments in sweet embrace

Feeling of warmth across flushed face

Whispers and breath in one’s ear

Safe and secure with strength near

Lustful passion so hopeful and true

Heartfelt moments sung by lovers’ coo

Emotions screaming wild and hoyden

Contentment briskly on the horizon

Gliding fingertips up silky skin

Sensually displayed by bodies limn

Reaching the summit of pure confer

Stimulating the petals of love’s flower

Every nerve now obediently complies

Each movement is followed by a swelling rise

Divine enlightenment as passions flow

This primal bond fills their solace hollow.
