When He Cries

When He Cries

A Poem by K. McNeil
"

Whoever HE is to YOU, dont take HIM for granted

"
Tinted clouds invade our day
As we curse the inevitable
Not realizing the extent of our need to be cleansed
We'd rather feel Hell's fury
Than to be made new again
Wishing on a star won't do much
If only we could muster up the strength
To tell Him we need His touch
Living life in vain will only get us so far
We get so caught up in ourselves
We never stop to ask how He is
Because even the omniscient have trying days
We may be able to hide our fears
Blink away our past
But when He cries
It may rain for years
