Tale of the Bear

Tale of the Bear

A Poem by Kelly M.

There once was a bear
Who was very rare
Who pulled out all his hair
Because of a dare
But he didn't care
So, he flew through the air
In his magic chair
To go to the fair
There he ate a pear
That he shared with a mare
Who was strangely square
And wearing pink underwear
He then fell down some stairs
And got quite a scare
Along with some glares
So he went back to his lair
But got caught in a snare
So he decided to despair

I hope you laughed. ;) This is a poem my sisters and I came up with when we were terribly bored.

You know I really do like this. The flow makes me think of Dr. Seuss. Would go great in a book of childrens poetry.
