Man down

One of the first poems I wrote back in 09

There's a man down..

In the center of the crowd..

Nobody is paying attention to him, they're all going by..

They watched as she reached into his chest & ripped out his heart..

They didn't mind it, they didn't care, they just continued on with their day..

As he laid..

Crying & begging for someone to lend him a hand..

But nobody helped, no one even tried..

And within minutes, I died....
