Fly Away

Fly Away

A Poem by SilentLullabies

So lost and Confused
    I'm no longer amused
        So sick and tired
            Of love becoming "expired"
It's like you're all the same
                    Love and dump without shame
First I'm perfect
    Then I'm worthless
I'm so used to these words
Just fly away like a bird
I'm so tired of your lies
    They're like vinegar to flies
You can't catch me that way
            I'm no longer gonna stay
If you won't leave
    Don't expect it from me
        I'm not your slave
            Don't tell me to behave
All you do is hurt
    You're nothing but a flirt
Girl after girl fall for you
            They're stuck by your glue
But I am not any longer
    So please don't bother
        I'm tired of leftover love
It turns me to a wounded dove
