How to be a Heartbreaker

How to be a Heartbreaker

A Poem by kkv123

I would say that I'm sorry,

If only it were true.

But quite honestly darling,

I really thought you knew.

For when I stole your heart,

I thought it would be fun

I thought it would be grand

I'd thought I'd finally won.

But then I soon realized

that my love for you was fake.

It was, indeed, my dear,

Quite a huge mistake.

So, I would say that I'm sorry

But honestly I'm not.

Who are you again, darling?

I've already forgot.

Whoa, you are quite the poet. This is the second poem of yours that i read. Very nice on the last two lines. it is some good stuff. add or subtract a syllable here or there for better flow. The flow is already great, so take my advice or leave it. its your poem, your style and its still superb.
