Stuck

how i feel, but not really all of it. tried to write it down but it just turned into this.

You'd be better if you only tried,
Had the initative to throw away what you hide behind,
I would never tell you to take advantage of your mind,
But if you ask, I don't know if I would bother to tell a lie.

I'd be better if I only waited,
For things to develop rather than increase the list of those I've dated,
I should stop trying to destroy things I've created,
But honestly, I'm just that jaded.

We'd both be better if we took some time,
To talk about how we feel inside,
You know I can describe every sensation when your lips meet mine,
But you seem to shy away from describing cause of your stupid pride.

Love is actions I know,
But wheres the words to keep me all aglow
When youre gone and its just me
What will your actions do to set me free
From the sadness and the pain
Of loneliness without a name
Make a choice? Carry on?
Took a shot at romance,

But now it's gone.

Powerful thoughts, although sad as well.
Feels like you're giving up on something in the last stanza? Giving up on a potential love?
Just letting ya know how I interpreted it, dunno if I'm right, I've never been much good at getting into someone's mind.
