Devil Of Love

Its something I made up. I hope to see some good reviews about it!:)

For all the tears that you have shed,

For all the blood that you have bled,

For all the wonders that you have said,

For all the thoughts that are in your head.

 

For all the words that you've said to me,

For all the things that you made me see,

It makes me wonder if it could be,

Thanks a lot for believing in me.

 

You make me feel like a butterfly,

You pick me up when I'm about to cry.

You make me feel like I'm beautiful,

You talk to me like I'm really cool.

You touch my hands like you touch your own,

You make me feel like I'm right and not wrong.

Do you love me like I love you?

There's so many things that I never knew!

If you'll stay any longer.

I'm not scared of the thunder,

Because we were made for each other.

 

Now I'm standing in the rain like I never did before,

You are the rings amongst my core.

I'm holding your hand while you squeeze me tight,

You make me feel like I'll last all night.

You kiss my lips with grace and soul,

You are the ones that I want to hold.

 

 

Because I'll love you forever,

And I'll never say never.

We're on different levels,

And this is the love coming from a devil.

You braced yourself and shot out your wings,

They were more beautiful than anything.

Its suppose to be a song but I can't sing. It sounds great in my head though. Its like an owl city song.

"Do you love me like I love? There's so many things that I never knew!" Judging from the rhymes you were using... was the question supposed to end in 'you'? Just my thoughts... Otherwise, I really enjoyed this! It would make for a lovely song!

I got that this was a song...and I was afraid of a sad ending. It was really good. I totally enjoyed your word choices, rhythm, and flow. You told the story well and you should keep writing.
