My tiny wings broken, My words left unspoken

My tiny wings broken, My words left unspoken

A Poem by Bellarina

There once was a gal from Italy

While walking down the street, she stepped on me

I fluttered around

Fell to the ground

My tiny wings broken

My words left unspoken

As she ran to help me up

There once was a man from Germany

While swimming in a pond he drowned me

The water rushing over me

The pressure from his feet smashing me

My tiny wings broken

My words left unspoken

As he ran to try and save me

There once was a girl from the U.S.

While typing her poetry, she felt blessed

Her work was odd

Strange and solid

Yet she had no clue what to type

My tiny wings broken

My words left unspoken

As she continued to type her words...

the way the tale has been told, the writer must be congratulated.

I love the imagery here of the little fairy (or perhaps, little angel). This is a very delicate, touching poem - lovely to have some enchantment in writing.
