Insane Clown

Insane Clown

A Poem by The Devil's Own B***h
"

Never a dull moment

"

Welcome to the

Circus of Horrors -

We hope you enjoy the show.

We have trapeze artists

Flying high over the flames of Hell;

Lion tamers

Getting their heads

Bitten clean off;

Our very own human-cannonball

Being blast to tiny bits.

Yes, this is the Circus of Horrors:

Say you’ll stay for the show.

There are crazy ponies

That chew at your fingers;

A contortionist lying on needles

Which pierce all the way through his body;

A snake charmer

Strangled by the bower constrictor.

Oh, the wonders of

The Circus of Horrors;

Come back after the interval

For the second half of the show.

Buy our special hotdogs

Made of wiener dogs and poodles;

Enjoy a can of rusty oil

In the disguise of a cola;

Why don’t you get a clown hat,

The hair made with wiggly worms?

There’s much fun to be had

At the Circus of Horrors.

Part two and the show

Is off to a flaring start.

Watch the tight-rope walker

As her throat slits when she slips;

Enjoy the precision knife-throwing

As the blades pierce the his assistance’s skin;

See the flame-thrower

As he sets himself alight.

Don’t you love the entertainment

Here at the Circus of Horrors?

And now for the finale:

The arrival of the clown.

Fun and antics

Fill the ring

As the clown comes out to play.

With water-pistol in hand,

Shots ring out.

Pity you don’t see the end of the show,

Because the acid burns your eyes;

Eating at your skin.

There’s never a dull moment

At the Circus of Horrors.
