How I wish and know life could be.

One Day, I Hope

Life is definitely a wonder

sometimes we succeed

sometimes we blunder.

We are all human one in the same

others who deny that is such a shame.

We are all connected

we are all perfected

Instead we are all disconnected

we are all rejected.

Life should be love and kindness

not hate and blindness.

We all have experienced pain

been through hard times

that is why we need each other for support

and to lean on sometimes.

We didn't choose the bodies we were born in

we didn't choose the color of our skin.

What matters is on the inside

the human body is just the puppet on the outside.

Our souls are key it's what makes us who we are

It's a significant realization most need to come to by far.

I hope we can learn to love one another again one day

I just hope that day isn't too far away.
