Wintertime!

one of my first poems

Snow is falling,
                falling,
                   falling,
                      from the sky.
Covering the ground in a blanket of white.
The water that was once all around me,
has turned into shimmery ice.
Icyles hang fromthe lightposts and street lamps.
Fires gleaming with light from every fireplace.

You must be somewhere that winter visited this year. This was so well written I could picture a cozy winter day snuggled with someone special. Good work.
