I wrote this when my brothers friends jumped off the 3 storey building at our school. Cross over safely, Kurt.

Cross over safely,

Don’t look back.

While all who knew you

Dress in black.

We don’t know why

You did what you did.

All we know

Is your life’s an end.

You took it from yourself,

From all who loved you

We don’t know why

We lost who we knew.

May the gods watch over you

And keep your spirit safe,

While we hold our memories,

In the safest place.
