November II

November II

A Chapter by Carter Meyer

She asked to see my arms, asked
to see what I had left behind from the night before.
There was nothing there. No gashes.
She smiled at me, the same smile she first gave me, but this time
She was proud.
"I did it for you." I said.
And she smiled again.

I had a friend in high school who was a cutter. It is truly a sickness. I hope this story turns out well.

I like the feel of kindness and mystery in this chapter. The girl is a mystery and making the story strong and entertaining. A excellent chapter.
