Rift!A Poem by Thomas FitzgeraldA look at what may happen in your dreams, tonight!Screams fill my head with soothing thoughts, Blood, red as lips linger in my skin and print, His heart still pumps without care or motion, My eyes narrow to form a stellar squint.
Ceremony negates force behind murder, Kissing him lightly as thanks for the gift, Witches, satanists, evil are now people, No more will science be stated as rift.
Gather your illusions for truth is bared, Cater for no one, but parents that stay, Grave matters are no more holding to you, Two men are now insects with no further fray.
Special treats for cats that tell tales, Mindless spells are true words for me, Take care to sleep well for tonight, I may be there, with a kiss, to be free. © 2012 Thomas FitzgeraldAuthor's Note
