Time.

Time.

A Story by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

A conversation of those unfortunate.

"

I stood there, naked, more stripped of thought than materials. Funny how the masters always feel more powerful when in command of others faults than their own.

"Why, why must I go forward, you, the only being in this world and every other stay present. Yet you deny all others the gift, and what a gift it may be in the hands of those less fortunate."

"Your a fool, a mere ant amoung kings, you seek that, that is never given even to those that deserve it, not granted to men, queens, sons, or indeed the cross. You however feel worthy of such a powerful gift that you forsake even me. No, No and no again, I will never let you stay and never will I go back, never".

"Then so be it, if you curse me to age, and wither and die in your future, your plans then yu lave me no choice, but to do the one thing that all beings have over you, to end present as present stands alone, like you, here, alone".

I drove the blade deep within my breast, my heart seized in memory and in time, for he never thought that time could be effected by an outcome uncrontrolable even to him.

"Ah, not a fool after all, blood spills form his souless body, I, father Time, amy not grant immortality, but now, death taken from my hands into him, stalls even me, his blood stays vile in my throat.

thoughts to ponder...time - how precious. ""Then so be it, if you curse me to age, and wither and die in your future, your plans then yu lave me no choice, but to do the one thing that all beings have over you, to end present as present stands alone, like you, here, alone".

I like the idea of it, but you could have done more with it. Some typos as well. I guess it kind of displays the ever-questioning nature of humanity.

Time is an abstract. A concept we came up with to understand the world around us. No one experiences it the same way. I guess the same could be said for life.

time is a deceiving thought...it has humanity imprisoned within the hate and discrimination created by life itself...

Your time seems to drift us over the vastness of it all, yielding intimate glimpses of minds and memories... breath and blood. Such painful reflections in the mirror.

I drove the blade deep within my breast, my heart seized in memory and in time, for he never thought that time could be effected by an outcome uncontrollable even to him. Funny how the masters always feel more powerful when in command................looks to me like the command got taken. Awesome!

I like your thoughts today. Life teaches us many lessons. If we are lucky we will learn from them.

A powerful poem with many messages. Good to read your thoughts.
