Celtic Minds of Chromas

Celtic Minds of Chromas

A Poem by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

A collaboration between my self and Chris Smith - enjoy!

"
Casted forth through feeling never to find,
Open your eyes to one such as his master,
Think quick as you know his wit is faster,
Frozen thoughts never moving in blood,
Cast away in the ignorance of plain flood,
Relax thy spirit and broaden your eye,
Take kindly for children not to die.

The words come flowing outside

Where the mind tries to confide

Two styles different but connected

Find that purpose that is collected

Friends that share words to all

Friends that are answering the call

This is something that is now there

A unison of minds joining to share.

Solid highs break free from the sky,

A winged creature sets forth to fly,

So bitter our enemy's in trench's old,

The new beginning does start so bold,

Words of fresh feeling taste our lip,

Taking fast as to reach there tip.

The sword can never stop the pen

Souls of the bravest of men

They throw at us their strongest stone

But we will never stand here alone

Where ever we are, on distant shore

They win a battle but never the war.

"The sword can never stop the pen"
Your poem tell a true story. The honest words should be understood by all. We have leaders who sent men and woman to war without thought. I wish these men would walk the cities where they hate us and would kill you if they could. Maybe they would reconsider sending their people into hell and death. I agree writers must write the truth. Obama bragging about killing a man in his bed. Funny part men like Obama and Bush made this man have purpose and reason. Oil and profit had caused this world to go to hell. Time for us to allow the oldest part of the world to solve their own problems. USA ned to be home protecting their borders. Not being the policeman of this world. Obama and Bush like the word "police action". Thank you for the powerful poem. Made me think this early morning.

Such a brilliant, seemless collaboration. I was pulled in immidiately and captivated by the images in this poem. The last stanza is especially powerful. Nicely done, guys!
