The Kiss.A Poem by Thomas FitzgeraldA look at the way we communicate through touch.
Fantastic, sweet, shy and plump,
Ravishing, kind, swept and deep, A kiss might but just a kiss, But this was mine to keep. Wet, thrilling, exotic and dazzling, Foreign, common, away and home, His smile was reckless yet divine, Like the Christened Chapel in Rome. Angry, violent, pale and weak, Pulsing, dead, racing and stopped, His star was piercing and tame, So much so my heart just popped.
