Laughing Angel.

Laughing Angel.

A Poem by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

A lifetime in a moment.

"
An old man at the table,
A life he lived long,
Heartbroken only once,
His feelings so strong,
Gathered moss on the stone,
Burning amber her eyes,
Bright diamonds her hands,
Blind emotion her size,
Great expectation in time,
Anguish feeling among thee,
Fear of the dark men,
For the killing are we.

Old men can go back 50 years and cry a tear for a lost. I like this poem. I would love to be able to listen to people with long life. To hear their stories of lost and victory. If I could go back in time. I would write down all my Grandfather stories. Today they would be very valuable to me today. The description made the scene come alive. A excellent poem.

Another very solid write! You are on a bit of a roll here Thomas! Very fluid and flowing, beautifully written. It is a thing of magic to be able to say so much with so few words.

This is amazing, and you've filled just a few lines with so many emotions. Great job
