Ireland.

Ireland.

A Poem by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

A tribute to the great Mother.

"

A small isle magic,

Womb that commits leaders,

The great Mother first.

Ahh Ireland is a place where magic and faeries are still believed in. An emerald isle with mysteries and beauty in nature. Folklore twisted in the history. This was great at getting me thinking. Someday I should like to visit Ireland as well as Scotland. Rich cultures.

You write so powerfully of where you live. A connection to country runs through your writing in a truly inspiring way.

Sonic, sane and serendipitous when stumbled upon first hand. Pundential plaudits, Thomas.

Indeed, thank you
A lovely tribute to the Emerald Isle. Just a pity that the commitment is so soured with prejudice and hate born from one faith dominating another. Such blight crosses the globe to sully the culture and beauty of many lands Thomas

Indeed they do John, thank you.
Makes me think of my Irish grandmother, who LOVED her Irish heritage. This simple piece brings the magic, Thomas.
