Sharp Bite!

Sharp Bite!

A Poem by Thomas Fitzgerald
"

Just me trying to get back to what I'm great at - horror poetry - give me time! enjoy!

"

The perfect lines trap droplets of salty sweat that lingers on my tongue,

Pink flesh waits like whipped cream beneath a tort sheet of new skin,

Perfumes from bottles bought at the finest houses of Paris and London,

Licking softly you tremble just to tease me as noise ends with the drop of a pin.

Nibble and suck as time reveals a slight red and purple haze on that neck,

A guide of sorts for men like me we use to land the final stroke we want,

Hands wander over your stomach tight muscles to hold fast upon strength,

That groin stirring not yours of course but mine that anticipation the font.

Moments come and moments go fast so savour your time with this creature,

Sharp incisors pierce through that landing of colour to the food flowed fast,

Red nectar fills my horrid mouth drops filter over hungry lips to stain my face,

Heads spin your heart pounds in rhythm with my fingers tightening go past.

Allow you to go and leave a lonely planet and remember this is for another,

A being kept young and subtle a beauty for others to ponder in eternity bound,

Hollow succour I understand my darling how a fist kiss can end happiness,

Slump down to the filthy ground now a memory to those until your body is found.

I absolutely love this. This captures the seductive nature vampires have long been known for. I thank you for the request on this one. I ask may I place it in my library, please?
You greatly portray also the strong ideas and almost sentiments of that being, the sensual nature, means the beast of the hunt. I will say I think I see a couple issues if your interested. This is very strong, compelling I am not sure in a way if I want to be the beast or the prey.
Excellent.

When affections turns to obsession the results can be horrific.
A pulse quickening read.

Thank you!
The last two lines of this really make this an exceptional piece of work.
Wonderful progression from beginning to end.

Thank you!
It started out as a sensually charged spitfire.
Then it got twisted into a dark corridor of WTF?
Then it left me scratching my head? I think I like
it......

You're quite welcome Thomas!
Ah, now this is the Thomas I remember! A dark and intriguing read that quickens the pulse and has us enthralled and a little petrified, with no desire to escape until the end.

Those lines were outstanding but I like the whole poem too. Pen on with that creative pen...:)

Always welcome...:)
Unique and great are the two words that come to mind. The first person romantic, sensual yet scary point of view from a vampire who seduces and then lays his victims to rest. I love these kinds of pieces because they tap into the surreal, yet still hold onto the eroticism we all love to read.

Always impressed, Sir!

Thank you my darling.
Gulp, you scare me....it's suggestive and dark, yet lovely somehow. I'm not even sure how I feel at this moment in time. Good read, it brought a shiver down my spine.

well, this is a beginning which speaks of abject desire and lustful passion and then emerges, ever so gently, into a world of macabre intentions. yep! Thomas is back with a vengeance! third line/second stanza...did you mean "wander"? this is gorgeous writing, old friend.
