The Death of Brandon Ball

Just recently in our area a 16 year old sophomore by the name of Brandon Ball died of drug overdose.  Reports are saying he took an overdose of morphine and died late Sunday morning.  I would like you all to pray for Brandon's family.  He was really nice kid that was pushed to his limits.  It has been dubbed an accident but with all the a*s holes at this school giving him a hard time I could see how it could have been suicide.  I beg of you, if you have children or are abusing drugs now to please stop!  Overdose is a common accident when misusing powerful drugs or even just simple pain killers.  Don't put the ones you love through the pain of loss.  Remember Brandon Ball and keep the Ball family in your prayers.

My nephew passed away last year. He was 19. Overdose. But it had been slipped to him. I hate to see people die so young when they have so much yet to live and dream.

That is a shame he died so young. And it's a shame his parents had to lose a child they've been caring for for 16 years. They must feel horrible, and thats definitly understating it.

Awww so sad! Reminds me of a kid who died 3 years ago in our town, driving on the highway that had black ice on it. He was going to prom, of all things. Anyway, Brandon is probably having a better time in Heaven than on Earth, if you'd like to think on the bright side of things. . . .

Most unfortunite, I tried suicide three times till I found my husband and he rescued me, I don`t know if I`d still be the same if I did`nt find him. I will pray for his soul to rest and for his familys peace and confort.

This is most depressing. :( Whenever I hear about youngsters dying of drug overdoses, I remember such cases as River Phoenix. And somehow, you know that these things will never stop. Peer pressure is a horrible thing and can drive even the most hardy person to do regrettable things.
