What is love?

It's the way I felt safe when you held my hand

It's the way you wrapped your arms around me

It’s the way your smile made me forget everything bad in the world

It's the way hearing your voice made the rest of the world so quite

It's the way i felt when you told me I was amazing

It's the way you made me feel beautiful, even when i wasn't

It's the way your hands felt on my skin

It's the way you kissed me

It's the way that you felt like my best friend, and my world

It's the way your breath felt on my neck

It's the way i felt like i was ontop of the world whenever i was with you

It's the way my heart broke when you left

It’s the pain the lasts months and months

It's moving on

So sad! Even though there is pain in this poem I like how you start off by talking about how good the relationship was and in the end you let us in and show us that they left the relationship. That to me, is a very vulnerable line. It's personal and I like how you are not afraid to put that out there. You ended this piece just right! "It's moving on" Great way of saying that no matter what, you won't dwell, even through the pain. Great poem! :)
