'til it Dies

'til it Dies

A Poem by Kinn Aquiress
"

Nothing is too far between a string of red ribbon.

"

Take good care of this heart's candle
Treasure lived in my chest for years
Unwrapped flesh only for your sight
Winter gloves knitted for your hands
Millions of stars dazzle
Yet paint grave galaxies
That lingers in our midst
Moon swims in our salty rivers
Savage sun sculpted our jagged lips
Ferocious winds rob all our toils
Wails echo over unrest waves
I'm rowing the boat swift
Toss the wick in your flame
Gleam the shore 'til it dies
