A Slightly Twisted Story

A Slightly Twisted Story

A Poem by kingblaq
"

A Serious Tongue Twister

"
Chief Cheating Jerk lived hand to mouth
His income spent on arrival
Seldomly, he'd steal some cash from his missus, Spouse.
To spend on her rival.

Chief Cheating Jerk had no idea whatsoever
That Mrs. Second Spouse had a hidden lover
Mister Missing Morals,
The nasty neighborhood hooligan

One warm day, Chief Cheating Jerk got caught
Stealing from his missus, Spouse's purse
This spurred a series of spontaneous exposures
And dominos fell fairly very unfairly

Chief Cheating Jerk got protected by the patriarchy
And duly divorced Mrs. Second Spouse had a new spouse
Mister Missing Morals, the mountain of manly meat
The only lonely lone loser? The mistreated missus, Spouse.

Was my pleasure and you are welcome my friend.
This is interesting. I'm having some trouble understanding all the characters and their relationships to one another. Is Mrs. Second Spouse the rival to his missus, Spouse? Is this set in a culture where polygyny is accepted but not polyandry?
