Our children's futureA Story by Kim💭It's just my opinion guys
The future of the planet depends on how we treat it now. For example if we keep going at the rate we are now we will most likely destroy ourselves in the process, the amount of gas that we release into our atmosphere per year is phenomenal compared to what it was ten years ago. If we as a collective, all make a effort to better the world we live in, even in the smallest way, it can make a tremendous improvement on our world. Do we want the future generations to look back at us and remember how thoughtless, arrogant and selfish we were? Or do we want them to remember how hard we tried to make this planet a better place for them. The rising sea levels, the polluted air, the diseases that can't be avoided are just a few example of the amount of damage that we are doing to our planet. There are children in Asia that have to wear are masks to walk down the street, there are thousands of animals that die of oil spills, there are women in Africa that feed their starving babies grass mixed with water just to keep then hunger pains at bay. How can the "rich" population of earth just turn a blind eye? How can us who have food in our fridges, clothes on our backs and a roof over our heads just continue down our self destrctive path so oblivious to the damage we are leaving in our wake?
