Trust another reflection

Trust another reflection

A Poem by Kieran Davidson

Well I'd rather be a fuckup
Than a stuck up b***h like you
I'd rather keep my peace
Than say the fucked up s**t you do
I'd rather have a soul than a goal
More than you know
I've gotta lotta ambition
But my apathy steals the show

My odyssey is honesty
And honestly it's hard for me to see a day
When people pave the way
For less idolatry

The f**k is wrong
I see so many people falling off
It seems the s**t we used to joke about
Has broken out
I choke with doubt

Staring up at that mountain
The fountain of youth is lose
Nine years back and countin

And now they're countin on me
And so I'm countin on you
To see it though to the end
To see it through
