The Changleing

The Changleing

A Poem by AKhaus

I once was a child filled with fear, now I am a monster hungry for tears.
The love so natural spoiled into hate, what was once calm turned to quakes.
Sweet memories turned to webs as my face sunk into my cold bones.
I once was a child, I once did believe but now I am a monster fighting to breathe.
