Juxtaposition

A Poem by AKhaus

Snow flakes and green moss
Pale skin and red lips
Sorrow painted slowly on her face and light of fire burning in her eyes
Stone hands and gentle tongue
Horrible memories and blissful sentiment
Hesitation in her limbs and the stillest of waters in her mind
What she is is what she is not
You must view her with a clear and blind eye to see her shadows turning slow under her turncoat
The haunting comes and goes but she turns that horror into art
