Conduit

Conduit

A Poem by AKhaus

Your strength is your weakness and your weakness is your strength...
The polarity of life is maddening and I just can't seem to figure out what I need to find.
Empty pail or an empty sky, I can't stop thinking there must be more than just this inside my mind.
The words come quickly and start to boil under my skin as I must purge them frequently to find peace within.
A conduit between these worlds, my head can hardly find a settled plane to rest.
So lay me down before I die, hoping that these thoughts escape so they will not be trapped inside.
