That you I loved

That you I loved

A Poem by AKhaus

I look to you and you look away.
What else is there to say when it was said.
Your hand slipped from mine as my heart needed your tenderness.
You found it fair to leave the void and I now accept the message you’ve rendered.
So much left to say in my head but words just can’t convey the sorrow of losing that you that I loved.

This is heartbreaking. I completely feel the pain in this piece.
