Live without me

Live without me

A Poem by AKhaus

It’s slim this love that slithers inside me.
I thought I felt better but I guess I won’t need to bleed like this just to make you happy.
No saints going to bless your sin.
Ain’t gonna be free in that room without eyes of truth.
Forgiveness is a hollow plea we make when we crawl and it’s always promising an end to this bitter pain.
Nothing takes back what you did.
I’m leaving and I let you go.
