dear moon

dear moon

A Poem by AKhaus

Dear Moon you have left my side.
I sleep alone tonight and every night.
You have chased the world round and I cannot see your light.
My water is dripping and there is no ocean to take my tides.
Dear Moon I long for you in the dark hours and in my dreams.
Your soft glow, your sweet, soft and soundless breath...I am left with empty noises since you've left.
The honey dew I would suckle from your crest which fed my spirit full.
Your elegant curves would feed my eyes with your pleasurous form.
Dear Moon I hope you visit me soon.
I have been hungry for your subtle pale glow.

Finding peace and tranquillity in the glory of moonlight. And when everyone is sleeping all around you.
