Alone

Alone

A Poem by AKhaus

I have a long night ahead.
No dreary skies can keep me from the dead.
I shall walk with shadows as the moon takes it's mid-breath.
I will follow my desperation's as I stare down death.
I have a long night ahead.
The candles will burn bright white.
I will dance with the smoke and make love to the night.
I will not be alone in this dark tonight, for I will be walking with nocturnal world who holds me so tight.

This poem has a beautifully gothic tone. Great imagery.
