interruption

interruption

A Poem by AKhaus

It is in the richness of thought I find such profound loneliness and angst.
The words tied together to my chest and the strings plucked by the will of the master.
The yearning to be emancipated from these evasive connections is greater than my body can bear.
Appendages just slank down my sides like death.
I wait for the moments of interruption so I may escape these lines that pull so much from me now.
