Passing trains

Passing trains

A Poem by AKhaus

Can you tell me where I left you behind?
My head was stuck in chaos and misery when I lost our ground.
I fell so far from you that no sense can there be made now that you’re found.
My foolish decisions robbing me of your heart.
I do not deserve even this moment in your mind.
Clumsy clown and blinded by the distant sounds as I have the deepest of regrets and sorrow for not holding you then as I wish I could now.

i really like this one. very heavy with emotion, sadness and regret come through beautifully. i think would break down the last line, though, for a stronger finish.
