crack

crack

A Poem by AKhaus

I am cracking at every corner and the shell thinning.
My chest pounding when you come near.
I wish I could control this.
I wish I could get in front of this avalanche.
My temples throbbing and I am drenched with a fire of passion which burns inside me for you.
Just for you these embers light and I have to keep this hidden from the world.
A silent angst stirs in me as I need to trail my hands across your skin.
I am cracking and I don't think I have ever been happier to break.
