Ma

Ma

A Poem by AKhaus

Come rolling in mama like the waves upon my shore, the search for enlightenment has never been more.

Your moon set high above and the earth balanced by your existence, I need more wisdom to stay above.

I fail, I fall, I slip and crawl but the words you speak will release me.

I betrayed myself, my nature, my code, all because I thought I was alone.

All the time there you were sitting patiently waiting for me to converse.

Now I've beckoned you near and here, you part such light into my dark.

The doom which hung upon my brow fades, drifts away into your clouds.
